THE PROBLEM

MSP tools are broken by design.

The RMM market grew up solving a single problem: get visibility into remote endpoints. Then vendors figured out that modular, add-on pricing was a better business than transparent pricing. So the industry fragmented.

Today, the average MSP runs separate tools for remote access, patching, scripting, ticketing, reporting, and security — none of which were designed to work together. You're expected to build and maintain your own stack, pay per-seat licensing fees across five vendors, and somehow keep clients happy on the margin that's left over.
